MY STORY
Growing up in a family with cosmetologist, I always knew that I wanted to work as a stylist! Throughout high school, I was blessed to begin my journey through duel enrollment. Participating in the cosmetology duel enrollment program through TCAT-Livingston, I accumulated 4 years of experience behind the salon chair & many of the needed 1500 hours to become licensed before starting cosmetology school.
Shortly after starting continued education at TCAT-Livingston, I made the decision to specialize in formal styling & pageant coaching! In September of 2022, I made the leap of faith to start Cumberland Beauty!
In 2022, I was ecstatic to obtain my cosmetology license from the Tennessee College of Applied Technology-Livingston and graduate as the college SOAR student of the year. Shortly after obtaining my cosmetology license, I moved to Martin, TN! I am currently a BAA Dance Major with a Minor in Mass Media and Strategic Communications.
Since Cumberland Beauty began, I have been joyful to style many bridal parties, pageant contestants, and other formal events. Additionally, Cumberland Beauty has coached local, state, and international titleholders.
I am excited to continue helping women of all ages feel fierce and confident on their big day! Most importantly, I am excited to see the Lord's plan unfold as Cumberland Beauty continues to flourish and grow! My favorite part of being a cosmetologist is having the opportunity to shine the light & love of Christ to each client that I get to work with!
